Performance Report

The Leading Directions Performance Report offers an external perspective of your Organisations performance with real solutions to increase and sustain performance.

It is a clear, concise and easy to navigate snapshot of current Performance. The Reports can be presented to Staff, Management and Board Members for a collective approach to achieving Targets and increasing Performance.

The Performance Report contains 2 main features: the Performance Search Tool and the Target Tracker.  Contained within each 'tool' is a Search function which the User navigates to display the results of any of the Organisations Sites and ESA's.

The Target Tracker displays Site and ESA Targets based on the Organsiations goals for Star Ratings at a pre-determined date.  The Targets are calcualated using a set of algorithms which auto-update monthly and are displayed alongside the actual figures achieved both monthly and 'to-date':

The Performance Search Tool will populate with the results of the Site or ESA's performance compared with the user's selection of either the National Average, Labour Market Region (LMR) or Employment Services Area (ESA).

A 'Single Score' is also displayed which represents the selected Site or ESA's combined overall 'score', taking into account all Performance Weightings.  It is graphed to clearly show the Site or ESA's overall performance over time.  The single score does not include the impact of Regression.
