The Supplier in preparing and creating information provided as the service has made every effort to offer current, correct and clear information. Nevertheless, mistakes can happen. The efforts of the Supplier in providing the service to give Recipients means to evaluate and compare their performance are the Supplier’s personal views and opinion. The Supplier accesses raw data from a limited pool and as a result statistical analysis may vary from Government issued National Averages. |

Nothing in the services provided by the Supplier isn’t any way intended to encourage, suggest, promote or invite anyone into illegal actions or breaches of accounting or auditing standards. No claim is made that the characteristics and features of the services would be anything but the views of the Supplier. The information is exclusively intended to help Recipient’s assess their performance. The information contained within the services is intended to communicate general guidelines on matters of interest. The application and impact of laws governing activities of suppliers and may vary from one jurisdiction to another. |

The information in the services is not intended to serve as legal, accounting or auditing advice. The Supplier disclaim any liability or responsibility for any liability loss claim or other cause of action that may arise as a result of the recipient relying upon or using this information. |

The information is provided to the Recipient for the benefit of conducting its own analysis. This is not an invitation to be considered as a waiver of any copyright or authority to utilise the material contained within the services other than as to find within the agreement. |

For any clause in this legal disclaimer and agreement shall be held to be unforceful for any reason, it is agreed that the remainder of the agreement or clause as the case may be shall continue to bind with the deletion of the unenforceful clause or part of the clause. |
